The content must be optimized for mobile. Let’s find out how!

04 November 2019

Mobile devices have become more and more part of our daily life, which is why content must be optimized for mobile and therefore best practices must be kept in mind when developing content.

Who is your audience?

Before creating all the content you need to understand who your audience is, as it is imperative that your content is interesting for those who read it.

Short titles

The keyword is important for a variety of reasons, but it can be really helpful with developing mobile-friendly titles. Use short, descriptive and impactful titles. Your headline will need to convince users to click and read the rest of your article.

Condense your paragraphs

It is essential that the texts are short and concise, and this also applies to the paragraphs. Mobile users are more likely to do a quick view of content rather than a deep read.

Keep styling in mind

Many mobile users look at their phones outside or in brighter spaces, so having a high contrast between text and blank space on the page will make it easier to read.

Use images

Images are a great way to grab a user’s attention and get your message across quickly. Through an image you can communicate many things especially for the mobile user who has much less attention.
Users are much more likely to look at an image than to read a text.
But be careful, don’t overdo the use of images!
Always use the space you have at your best.

Optimize videos

As with other forms of content, keep the use of video simple and try to avoid animations on your site, making sharing easier.
